Peas Egg omelette

In a mixing bowl at the chopped onions, green peas, green chillies, chopped tomato, coriander leaves, salt and black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder and Maggi masala powder

Mix properly and break in the eggs and whisk lightly

Heat the oil in a large nonstick Pan for in one third of the egg mix in the pan

Cover and allow to cook for just 1 to 2 a minute
- 5
Fault the egg and slide into your plate and serve with your favourit dish.
