Blanch spinach and roughly chop and set aside. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add 2 tbsp butter and mix well. Add the crushed garlic and saute well. Now add the chopped onions and salt and saute till transparent. Add dill leaves and cook on high flame.

Now add the spinach and parsley. Mix well. Add pepper powder, chilli flakes and crushed peanuts. Mix well. Add lemon juice, crumbled paneer and cheese. Switch off flame and mix and set aside.

Grease a Cake / Bundt tin with butter. Sprinkle sesame seeds and spread in the Filo pastry sheets. Brush with more butter. Carefully place the spinach and cheese filling in the pan. Cover it well with the pastry sheets and brush with butter. Bake at 190°C for 20 minutes or till Filo sheets are golden and crispy. Serve hot. Enjoy!
