Steps

Cream the butter, sugar & mashed banana till it is fluffy.

Add vanilla essence, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt. mix it with banana mixture. Add peanut, grated cheese. Mix well. Do not knead the dough.

Meanwhile preheat the oven at 160°©. Make a ball shape or drop a tablespoon of dough on butter paper in baking tray. Press some peanuts on it.

Bake at 160°© for 20 mins. Or till the top & sides look golden.

Remove the tray from the oven & transfer the cookies on cooling rack.

Store in the airtight container. Ready to serve with hot milk/ tea or coffee
