Spinach chole nuggets

Wash and soak chana for six hours.

Wash and soak peanuts for three hours.

In a mixer jar add soaked chana and peanuts and grind it coarsely.

In a mixing bowl add grind chana and peanuts, chopped spinach, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli, required salt, crushed pepper, chilli flakes, multi herbs, lemon juice, garam masala powder and mix it.

Add in two table spoon bread crumbs and mix it.

Make equal size balls.

Fill the balls with grated cheese and make desired shape nuggets.

Make thin batter with wheat flour, crushed pepper, chilli flakes, multi herbs and salt.

Dip nuggets into the batter and roll into the bread crumbs.

Keep the rolled nuggets into the fridge for half an hour.

Deep fry the nuggets in the oil.

Serve the hot nuggets with tomato sauce or desired dip.
