  2. 7 ozfrozen shrimp (about 200 grams)
  3. 4 clovesgarlic
  4. 2 tablespoonscilantro
  5. flour
  6. 1/2 cupcooking wine
  7. 1/2 cupwater
  8. extra virgin olive oil
  9. 2hard-boiled eggs

    Heat a clay pot with 4 tablespoons of olive oil. When hot, fry the monkfish tails seasoned with salt and pepper and coated in flour. Once cooked, set them aside.
