A delicious casserole of frozen monkfish tails and shrimp, it's tasty and very affordable. Try it and see for yourself.

Heat a clay pot with 4 tablespoons of olive oil. When hot, fry the monkfish tails seasoned with salt and pepper and coated in flour. Once cooked, set them aside.

In the same oil, sauté the shrimp for a couple of minutes and set aside. In the remaining oil in the pot, add the chopped garlic with cilantro, wine, salt, and water.

When it starts to boil, add the monkfish tails, shrimp, and peeled hard-boiled eggs sliced into rounds. Cook for 10 minutes, adjust the salt, and remove from heat. Serve immediately.
