Steps

Take maida add melted ghee, baking powder, mix it while it turn crumbled texture. Now add milk as required for making soft dough Knead well and keep cover with muslin(wet) cloth for 15 mins.

In a pan add 1/2 tsp ghee and add mawa roast it for 5mins at low flame add sugar according to taste now mix cardamom powder. Keep aside.

Put kadhai on gas stove add oil for frying. On the other side take the dough and divide it into 8-10 equal parts. Take one ball and make bowl-like structure with the help of your hand make all like this,now deep fry till even equally golden colour.

When all done and cool at room temperature fill mawa mix.
