Ingredients

  • 1-15 ozcan black beans
  • 1-15 ozcan sweet corn
  • 3lg Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cupfresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2lg jalapeños, deveined and diced
  • 1 1/2 tbslime juice
  • 1 1/2 tspsea salt
  • 1/2 tspcumin

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain and rinse the cans of beans and corn. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and place in an airtight container. Refrigerate for an hour before serving. ENJOY!
