Ingredients

  • Beef qèema 1 klo
  • 3 tbspSonf pissi hoi
  • Ginger powder 1/ 2 tsp
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 3Bari ellachi
  • Cooking oil
  • 250 gDahi
  • 1 tbspGaram masala powder
  • 5Long
  • 1Daar chini
  • Tomatoes 4 katy hoa
  • 2 tspTomato paste
  • 1 pieceGinger
  • Salt hasb e zaiqa

Steps

  1. 1

    Qeema ko chopper ma dal kar pees kar nkal lein.

  2. 2

    Brhi ellachi ke seeds pees lein or kabab ke baqi masalon ke sath qeema ma mix krlen.

  3. 3

    Ab is ma salt, egg  & 1 tbsp oil dal kar achi trh sa mix krden.
    Hathon ko geela kar ke  mixture ke long shape ke kabab bnalen.

  4. 4

    Ab ak pan ma gravy kla dahi ko phain lein.

  5. 5

    Oil ko gram karein us ma long, dar chini ko fry karein.
    Ab kata hoa tomatoes dalden or tomatoes ka pani dry hona tak usa pkain.
    Pisi hoi sonf or ginger add karein.
    Ab half glass pani dal kar usa low flame par pkain.

  6. 6

    Ab ahsta sa kabab gravy ma dalty jyen or pkna dein is doran chmach ni chlana ha.

  7. 7

    Jab oil upar ajy to flame off krden pissa gram msala dalden or hara dhnia or hari mirch sa garnish karein.
    Dish out karein or serve karein.
