Shredded sweet pepper
Green pepper
Butter
Carrots
Seasoning
Onion
Ginger&garlic
Soy sauce
Stock

Steps

Perpoil the rice and refresh with cold water

Place a pot on fire add butter, diced onions, ginger and garlic and allow to sweat.

Add rice and stir fry 4 2 mins

Add stock, source season and allow to cook.

Add the carrots stir fry the beef until tender
6

Saute the sweet and green pepper to garnishi
7

Serve with any protein and salad of your choice
