Eggs an Spam with Hp sauce
Eggs and spam topped with HP sauce the only thing better than that for Breakfast is Heinz beans and toast, or breaded spam from the 1960's I made a bit back, with cornflake breading.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
I used farm fresh organic eggs. Rinse and dry the eggs. Crack them and beat them. Melt the butter. Fry the eggs in the butter and add salt to taste.
- 2
Slice your spam and fry till crisp. This helps rendering the fat to let the piece be less greasy.
- 3
Serve add HP sauce to taste I hope you enjoy. If you don't have HP sauce, which by the way stands for the House of Parliament sauce, you can substitute with Heinz 57 sauce or A1 steak sauce

Egg Nest with Magic Sauce Egg Nest with Magic Sauce
Best things in life should be free or at least easy to cook. I am sharing with you a secret sauce recipe which will add flair to any dish you make and surprise you with the magical taste. It does have a sinful ingredient called Mayonnaise. A dash of mayo with garlic, lemon, salt and olive oil makes this dish unique and flavorful. I always have sprouts growing on my kitchen window. I sprinkled some mustard sprouts to get the additional crunch. One seemingly useless kitchen gadget that I used to create my nest from beetroot and potatoes is called a spiralizer. You can use a slice of buttered toast as the base too instead of veggies with same effect. Enjoy for breakfast snack or a lazy dinner. Anmen -

Simple Eggs Benedict and Hollandaise Sauce Simple Eggs Benedict and Hollandaise Sauce
I wanted to try making a Hollandaise sauce with simple ingredients.Since this recipe doesn't require eggs, the resulting sauce is very light.-When making more than one poached egg, cook them separately, not all at once.-You don't want the egg to explode in the microwave so heat it carefully for 10 seconds at a time after the initial cooking time.-You don't have to serve the eggs with English muffins, sandwich bread or French bread will work just as well. For 4 eggs benedict or 2 english muffins' worth. Recipe by hirokoh cookpad.japan -
Rich Scallop and Scrambled Egg with Yummy Sweet-and-Sour Sauce Rich Scallop and Scrambled Egg with Yummy Sweet-and-Sour Sauce
My parents often made this recipe with crab.Canned scallops are a bit eUsing the sweet-and-souxpensive, but they are more convenient than crab, so I used them instead. It has a different yet still delicious taste compared to the sweet-sour vinegar sauce version in.Use a bit of extra oil, and cook over high heat from the start! Use the juices from the boiled scallops as well as the scallops themselves. (This time I used a 180g net weight can of scallops, which had 95g of scallop meat). Recipe by Hekisora cookpad.japan
