Baked Buffalo Wings
This is a spicy variation inspired by Pedro's recipe.

Wash the wings thoroughly and separate them into pieces. Remove any remaining feathers or singe them over the stove flame.

In a bowl, place the wings with 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix well and let rest for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, melt 6 tablespoons of butter in a pot and add 1 cup of hot sauce (or your preferred spicy sauce), 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of white or apple cider vinegar. Before it boils, add a bit of crushed chili peppers or chiltepin and two tablespoons of BBQ sauce.

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes. Now, place the wings on an aluminum-lined tray and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and turn the wings over. Return to the oven for another 30 minutes. Take the wings out and coat them with the sauce. Done!
