Steps

Heat oil in a pan & saute chap on medium flame.

Add 1 tsp oil & ginger Garlic paste and saute till it's get golden brown..then add onions and saute it till it changes colour.

Add tomatoes,red chilli powder, salt,turmeric powder & cook the masala for 10 mins and do this till the oil gets separated in pan

Add malai or cream & cook the complete masala on low flame.

Add chaap into the pan,cook for 10 mins on medium flame.
- 6
Now chaap is ready to serve.Garnish with garam masala & fresh coriander.
