Ingredients

  • 1large carrot
  • 1/2zucchini
  • 1/2onion
  • 1egg
  • 2 tablespoonsflour (about 16 grams)
  • 1 tablespoonbaking powder (about 12 grams)
  • Oregano
  • Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chop the raw carrot, zucchini, and onion in a food processor.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, add the chopped vegetables and all the other ingredients. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Grease a baking sheet or oven-safe dish. Shape the mixture into fritters and place them on the sheet.

  4. 4

    Bake until golden brown. Flip them once while baking.
