Heat oil in a pan. Add all sabut garam masala, fry for 1-2 minutes. Add chop garlic and chop ginger and fry. Add finely sliced onions in oil and fry to translucent. Add salt, lal mirch, haldi in oil and fry. Add chicken and fry on high heat till colour changes. Lower the heat and add beaten dahi in chicken. Cover and let it cook till tender. If needed thn add little oil otherwise it will cook in it's own water.

Roughly choup 2 bunches of coriander and green chillies. When chicken is soft to taste add coriander and green chillies. Mix well. Cook for 5-10 minutes to bland the flavours well. Garnish with ginger julians.serve with chapati or naan. Enjoy
