This Steamed Pineapple Yogurt Pudding, an Indian dessert is absolutely divine with a mild flavour of Cardamom and Cinnamon, which can be made very easily.

In a mixing bowl take yogurt and whisk well. Add condensed milk, pineapple crush or puree, cardamom powder and cinnamon powder and whisk all well. Add some of the pineapple pieces and again mix well.
Take shot glasses for individual servings. Pour mixture in glasses.
Prepare the boiler and keep glasses on stand. Cover with the lid and steam for about 20 to 25 mins on medium to low flame. - 2
Remove glasses from the boiler and let it cool down to room temperature. Keep some pineapple pieces on top and keep the glasses in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
You can add any other fruits of your choice.
Served chilled Pineapple Yogurt Pudding. Happy Cooking!!! - 3
