As you bring fish at home. Apply salt on it and keep in strainer to discard dirty water. Keep for 30 minutes.

Wash throughly with tap water. Put some ice cubes on it and keep in strainer till you make a masalah.

Now drain water completely.

Mix all the above ingredients of marinade. Apply on fish and keep atleast for 30 minutes.

Now shallow fry with little oil in non stick pan. Keep in mind you pan should be of good quality or the masala will stick to it.

You can also marinate finger fish with same masalah.

Serve with mint chutney and add little imli pulp in it, sprinkle chat masalah on it and serve homemade chapati.
