Steps

Dry roast ajwain for 2 mins and powder it.

Add powder to 3 tbsp of warm water. Filter it after some time.

Sieve besan flour, rice flour, salt and mix

Add ajwain water, hot oil, butter to the mix.

Add extra water to make soft dough.
- 6
Press it in string shape with idiyappam press in the oil and fry.
