Firstly make simple Maggi.

Take a pan add 1 tbspn oil add mustard seeds than add chana Daal, urad daal, curry leaves roast them for 2 mints on middle flame,then add chopped onion and saute them..

In the mean while take a bowl add gram flour salt and water to make a little thick batter..

Once the onion changes it colour mix the prepared Maggi into it.Give a nice mix and switch off the flame,let it cool down keep aside.

Make small balls from the Maggi.. Dip them in gram flour batter..

Heat oil for frying.. Frying these balls till golden brown.Our Maggi vadas are ready to serve.Decorate them with coriander leaves
