Steps

First we cut all veggies and fry in fry pan,paneer also fry on low flame,and wash rice nicely and cook in microwave for 10 minutes

Now heat pan put oil,add kada masala,and fry chopped cashews nuts,now add fried Cooked veggies saute well

Now in bowl place cooked rice then spread fried onions, and veggies, then place rice again and again then rest veggies,

Serve with raita,papad etc..
