Mix all your spices - ground coriander, garlic powder, cumin seeds, turmeric, sweet basil, parsley in a bowl including salt and pepper. Rub it on your chicken pieces and let it sit for 2 minutes. Heat your pan and add oil to start frying.

Brown the chicken both side, Add your onions. After 10 minutes Lower you heat and Let it simmer(add tablespoon of water) for the last 15 minutes before you switch the stove off.
