Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupGram flour
  • 3-4 tbspwater
  • As requiredSalt
  • 1onion round sliced
  • 1 tbspgram flour
  • As requiredSweet jaggery and tamarind chutney to serve

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare batter with gram flour, salt and water. Cut sliced onions from one side. And add to batter. Mix well. Add dry flour and mix well.

    Into hot oil, add prepared onions and fry till light brown.

    Serve with chutney and chai.
