Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgChicken
  2. 2 tbsptikka masala
  3. 5 tbspdahi
  4. 6chillies
  5. 4 tbspKarahi masala
  6. 1 tbspgarlic
  7. 1/2 kgtomatoes
  8. Salt
  9. 1 tbspchilli flakes
  10. 1 tbspchilli powder
  11. 1 tbspchopped garlic
  12. 1 tspzeera powder
  13. leavesMethi

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate 1/2 kg chicken with 2 tbsp TIKKA MASALA and 5tbsp dahi
    Then take 6 chillies and filled it with KARAHI MASALA and lemon juice.
    Then take a pan add 1/2 cup oil then add 1tbsp garlic saute then add1/2 kg chopped tomatoes in it then cover it for 15 minutes when tomatoes become soft add salt,1tsp chilli flakes,1tsp chilli powder,1tsp chopped ginger,1 tsp zeera powder,4 tbsp KARAHI MASALA then bhuno it well then add chicken in bhuno until chicken change it colour now cook it on low

    Flame until chicken tendered on other pan fry chillies

    Garnish Karahi with fry green chillies, methi leaves,black pepper then give smoke
