An easy to make recipe...gets ready in a jiffy...a good option for kids tiffin, when unexpected guests arrive....and it's tasty too...
Steps
- 1
Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes.
- 2
In a pan...heat some oil...add all the whole spices and curry leaves. Let them splutter for a minute.
- 3
Now add 1 tsp of haldi powder and then add the grenn chillies and potatoes. Add all the other spices and mix gently. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes on high flame so that the spices get mixed and the potatoes gets some colour.
- 4
Now switch off the gas and slowly add the beaten curd in the pan. Stir slowly. Switch on the gas again and keep stirring the curd so that it does not curdle. After 2 minutes, when everything gets mixed, check the seasonings and then switch off the gas.
- 5
Enjoy them hot either with chapatis, paratha or rice.
