This is one of my very own recipes, first time I cooked it 3 years back, and now it has become a mandatory dish for any get together.This recipe have two parts one is basket other is it's red hot filling. The great aroma of garlic and ginger involves in this recipe makes people to roam around the kitchen.

Add salt, sugar,oil and yeast in flour then slowly slowly add lukewarm water and make a dough, which should not be very hard. And keep it aside for 1 hour.
After an hour your dough will become double in size. Then put a sauce pan and pour vegetable oil and make it hot. - 2
Take a small portion from the dough make it round ball shape in size, then apply some oil in your hand just to grease it and press it with your hand in round shape then start folding the corner like basket shape (shown in picture). Put it in the sauce pan. And let the white colour basket to change it's colour to brown. Then take it from the sauce pan.

Red hot filling
Boil tomatoes with ginger, garlic, spring onion, green chilli. After boiling make water separate from the vegetables, pull all the seeds from tomatoes out, then put all these in grinder and add half teaspoon sugar and pinch of salt into it, and grind it. - 4
Put another sauce pan on flame, put 2 table spoon oil in it, pour all the mixer in oil, let it cook till oil doesn't separate from the mixer, add edible colour to it. Then pour heavy cream and stir it well, then salt and red chilli flakes, add cheese to it. Let it dissolve in the mixer, then transfer it into other bowl.
And add this red hot filling into the basket and garnish it with parsley and coriander.
And your tomatoes basket is ready to serve.
