Combine the dry ingredients into a large bowl, mix and make a crater

Add in the yogurt plus coconut milk and mix to form a dough, Knead for 30 minutes and cut into 3 sizeable balls

Flour a tray, flour the balls and place on the tray, some inches apart and cover for proofing

After an Hour, Roll one ball on a board and cut into square shapes, Deep fry them them to bubble them up until golden brown

Meanwhile, Bring to boil 1 cup sugar + 1/2 cup water to almost stickiness..add in the cubed Mitai and toss them on lower heat to coat the sugar into crystals

Once the sugar coats well and crystalises, pour the Mitai in a bowl and ready to serve with Arabian Coffee
