Steps

Cut all the vegetables in cube, take a large skillet add oil, zeera in it saute it.

Now add onion slices ginger garlic paste & potatoes, saute in oil for 1 minutes, cook on medium heat.

Now add vegetables and spices and cook for 2 minutes until water is evaporated.

Now add water and keep lid on.

Cover with lid for 15 minutes on medium low heat, check in between.

Garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies. Serve hot with bread and salad, Enjoy.
