Steps

Cut bread into cubes or tear into small pieces and grind or process in a food processor.

Spread them in.a dry pan and place on gas/heat, low-medium heat.
3

Stir as you heat them till crumbs are golden and dry. Cool crumbs and refrigerate in airtight container.
