Grind soaked kodo millet and black gram dal with fenugreek separately and mix in a bowl & keep it for fermentation. Mix all the ingredients for topping in a plate.

Add salt and asafoetida and mix properly.Now heat nonstick tava and pour Dosa mixture with spoon and spread a thick layer and top it with topping mixture, apply ghee and cook till crisp.

Serve Healthy Yummy Cheesy kodo millet Uttapam with Chutney or tomato ketchup.
