Ingredients

  1. 1Potato medium
  2. 1/2 kgchicken cut into small pieces
  3. 1-2onion sliced
  4. 1red tomato sliced
  5. 1/2 tspginger garlic chopped
  6. 1green chilli cut in to small
  7. 1 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1/4Garam masala
  9. 1 pinchmethi leaves
  10. As requiredsunflower oil
  11. To tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate chicken and cube sized potato with red chilli and garam masala and salt

    Take a pan an heat it.

  3. 3

    Pour 60 ml oil and place marinated chicken and potato in medium flame.

  4. 4

    Take it out from the when it is half cooked. keep the oil in pan. Use for the remaining process

    Now add sliced onion sauté it until the colour change to light brown. Now you can add ginger, garlic and tomato for 5 min in low

  6. 6

    Drain it and grid the above mix in a grinder and make a paste.

    Take a kadai pan heat it add oil add green chilli then add red chilli powder just sauté add the above paste in medium flame.

    Add chicken and potato mix well. Add methi leaves. Sauté for 2-3 mins

    Then add water and salt. Cook for 5 mins then keep it into very low flame for 3 mins

  10. 10

    Ready for serving.

    Garnish and serve with your favorite bread
