Mexican Stir Fry Dhokla

Add salsa in dhokla batter & mix well
Now add green Chilli, capsicum, boiled rajma, onion, coriander, chilli flakes, garlic paste, salt,oil, fruit salt & mix well. - 2
Fill in cupcake mould up to 3/4-level, sprinkle chilli flakes & grated cheese on top and steam in dhokla stand for 10- minutes on high flame.

Cool dhokla and cut into 4-pieces. Now saute dhokla with little oil in pan and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, onion and stir for a while.

Add carrot, green capsicum, chilli flakes, rajma and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now add tomatoes, red chilli sauce, salsa and mix well and add dhokla,mix properly add coriander, onion leaves and turn off gas.

Serve ready Mexican Dhokla in a plate garnish with chopped spring onion and grated cheese.
