The butterscotch sheera is my experiment for a quick and easy, fusion dessert using the traditional ingredient, semolina and butterscotch sauce.
Steps

Put pan on gas. Add ghee and semolina. roast semolina till it become slightly brown.it takes 15 minutes. In another pan heat milk and butterscotch.we will use hot milk.

Now add this hot milk in to roasted semolina. This time do not stirr. Flame should be medium. after 7 minutes we stir sheera. And add half of chocolate and sugar. It will take more than 7 to 10 minutes.

When sherra cool down and remain chocolate and stir very well. And serve with drizzle butterscotch sauce.
