Make some liquid stock, boil in a pot. Butter and oil a pan, add rice to Pan. Coat all rice in oil and gently fry. (Do not brown!) Slowly add stock and gently stir.

When the rice has doubled in size (5-8 mins) add S&P onto, chicken pieces and throw in. Keep adding stock. When chicken is cooked, add peas (frozen) add lemon juice (or amything acidic. Cook until done, add seasoning and butter to taste.
