Fried Biscuit
Its so yummy. My children enjoy helping in making.
Steps

In a bowl mix together flour and semolina, add oil and mix gently. Add the grated coconut and mix together.

In another bowl mix powdered sugar and milk add some water in the mixture.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bit by bit until a rough dough is form. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Knead in the smooth dough and add granulated sugar 1 tbspn and mix.

Divide the dough into balls and using your palms to flattened it a bit. You can decorate it before frying.

Fry in a medium heat until golden brown. Serve with tea or as School pack for Children.
