Ingredients

  1. 1/3-1/2 sticko butter
  2. 1red jalapeño deseeded & gutted, diced
  3. 1/2small onion from the garden, diced
  4. 1/2ish cup o salsa
  5. 2ish cups o beef broth
  6. 1 tbschili powder
  7. 1 tspcumin
  8. 1 tspcilantro
  9. 1 tbsflour
  10. 2 tbscream cheese
  11. 2-3 slicesAmerican cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook diced jalapeño and onion in melted butter until soft

  2. 2

    Prepare beef broth and stir in salsa

  3. 3

    Add chili powder, cumin, cilantro and flour to prepare rue, cook well

  4. 4

    Whisk in broth salsa combo to rue and simmer briefly

  5. 5

    Add creme cheese and cheese slices, stir well
