Ingredients

  • 1/3-1/2 sticko butter
  • 1red jalapeño deseeded & gutted, diced
  • 1/2small onion from the garden, diced
  • 1/2ish cup o salsa
  • 2ish cups o beef broth
  • 1 tbschili powder
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 1 tspcilantro
  • 1 tbsflour
  • 2 tbscream cheese
  • 2-3 slicesAmerican cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook diced jalapeño and onion in melted butter until soft

  2. 2

    Prepare beef broth and stir in salsa

  3. 3

    Add chili powder, cumin, cilantro and flour to prepare rue, cook well

  4. 4

    Whisk in broth salsa combo to rue and simmer briefly

  5. 5

    Add creme cheese and cheese slices, stir well
