Ingredients

2 minutes
4 serving
  • 4 boiled and mashedPotatoes
  • one fillet boiled and shreddedChicken
  • 1/2 cup shreddedCheddar cheese
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1/2 tspCrushed red chillies (optional)
  • 1Egg
  • Panco bread crumbs

Steps

2 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl mix in potatoes, chicken and cheese.

  2. 2

    Season it with salt, black pepper and crushed red chillies.

  3. 3

    Give shape of cutlets; dip in egg and roll in crumbs.

  4. 4

    Keep refrigerated till the time of frying.

  5. 5

    Deep fry in hot oil till golden and crispy.
