Ingredients

  • 2onion roughly chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1capsicum chopped
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • To tastesalt
  • To tastered chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • As neededghee
  • 1 1/2 tspMalai

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat the ghee

  2. 2

    Add cumin seeds

  3. 3

    Now add onion, tomato,capsicum and saute it

  4. 4

    Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well and cook it

  5. 5

    Add Malai and cook it for 1-2 minutes

  6. 6

    Serve it
