Ingredients

  • 100 gmrice
  • 150 gmsugar
  • 1 litremilk
  • As neededdry fruits
  • As neededghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the milk till it get 3/4th of the volume and previously soaked rice in it and boiled it.

  2. 2

    Add the sugar when rice is half cooked then add dry fruits and ghee.

  3. 3

    When rice is completely cooked and milk gets a creamy texture then put the pan aside and serve it cool.
