Ingredients

  • 1 cupKodo millet
  • handfulmoong dal
  • 1/2 tbspblack pepper and jeera
  • 1/2 tbspfinely chopped ginger
  • FewCurry leaves
  • as requiredcashew nuts for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the millet and dal. Add 4 cups of water and cook for 5 whistles.

  2. 2

    Remove it add salt. Give seasoning in ghee with crushed black pepper, and cumin, curry leaves and cashew nuts. Serve hot sambhar and chutney.
