Ab tamatar, sare Masalay, salt, lal mirch, haldi, dhaniya powder, dal kar bhune ache se ab Kala Chane,aloo, aur pani dal kar pakani rakh dein.

Jab aloo gal gaen to pehle se bhige hue chawal dal dein. Tez anch per pakaen.

Jab pani khushk hogae to chawal ko halki anch per dam par rakh dein 15 min ki liye.
