  • 8-10Saffron
  • 2 tspAlmond,kismis,chirongi,and Pistachio
  • as neededSome rose Petals (for garnishing)
  • 2 tspCashew Powder

    Method:🍌

    🍌Mix cashew powder in milk and cook it till it remains three-fourth.

    🍌Cooking Of Cashew Powder And Milk
    Add sugar, saffron and cardamom powder in it and cook on low flame till sugar dissolves in it completely.Need to stir it occasionally.

    Stiring Of Kheer🍌:-

    🍌Now switch off the flame and let it cool.
    Cut 1 banana in slices and mash the other banana.

    🍌Sliced And Mashed Banana-:

    🍌Add these bananas in the cooked milk and mix thoroughly.Adding Of Banana Into Cooked Milk,.

    🍌Delicious and nutritious banana kheer is ready. Garnish this kheer with almond-pistachio chips rose petals and serve at room temperature or chilled.
