Mutton main ek piyaz, lehsan ki 1 pothi tezpatta 2 sonf 2 tbsp sabit dhanya 2 tbsp salt 1 tbsp aur etna pani dal dein ke gosht gal jaye aur yakhni bach jaye slow flame par yakhni ready kar lein

Rice 1/2 hour ke liye bhigo dein

Ab oil garam krein us main 2 piyaz dalein aur sabit garam masala bhi add kar dein aur piyaz ko golden brown kar lein

Ab yakhni main sy gosht nikal kar add kar dein aur 5 min bhon lein

Phir ginger garlic paste add kar ke bhon lein aub dahi add krein aur 5 min mazeed bhon lein jaifal jawetri dal dein aur hari mirch bhi add kar dein sath hi bhige hoe chawal add krein aur yakhni chan kar add kar dein

Aur hasbe zarorat salt add kar ke chawal paka lein jab dam par ane lagein

Dam par lagate waqt kewra water aur zarde ka rang pani main ghol kar add kar dein dam a jaye tu flem off kar dein raite aur salad ke sath maze krein
