Mix all vegetables in egg, add salt, pepper and soya sauce mix it well. Pour oil in non stick pan and make omelette.

Spread mayonnaise and tomato garlic sauce at bread slices. Set the omelette on the slice in two layers.

Roast whole Sandwich, brown from both sides, cut in half and seve with Garlic sauce.
