Heat a non stick pan
Add ghee
When it melts add condensed milk and keep stirring till it's mixed nicely. - 2
Now add milk powder in three batches to avoid lumps.

Keep whisking on a low flame
Dissolve saffron in 3 tbsp of milk. - 4
When you see whole mass of milk powder is being formed add saffron milk and cardamon powder.

Stir again nicely till all the ingredients are well incorporated

Switch off the gas and let it cool.

Take out the mass of dough on a slicin sheet and knead with your palm so that whole mass becomes even.

Shape them as pedas and garnish with slivered pistachio or your favorite nuts.
