Paneer in white gravy
Steps

Add 1 tbsp oil into pan. Add cardamom, cinnamon,clove, cumin seeds. Saute for 20 seconds. Add onion. Saute for 1 minute. Add ginger garlic paste, green chillies,cashew nuts. Saute for 2 minutes. Saute for 2 minutes. Add 1/3 cup of water. Let water evaporate. Let it cool and make pasta. Add rest of oil. Slightly saute paneer and keep aside. Add butter. Add the paste. Cook for 1 minute. Add curd. Cook for 2 minutes in low flame. Add coriander powder and fenugreek leaves. After 1 minute add cream.

Cook for 30 seconds. Add paneer. Cook in low flame for 5 minutes. Add black pepper powder,sugar and garam masala powder. Ready to serve.
