  • 1Twinings Assam tea bag
  • 400 mlwhole milk
  • 5 mlHazelnut syrup

    Simmer and keep rotating milk with medium-low heat

  2. 2

    Add both tea bags inside to steep and keep rotating to prevent the pan scorched

  3. 3

    Pour them in a cup and add some hazelnut syrup then enjoy it!
