Breading mix
Breadcrumbs, black pepper, meat seasoning, turmeric, salt, paprika

On a plate, prepare the breading mix for the chicken.

Coat the chicken cutlets in the breading and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and top each cutlet with mushrooms.

Bake in a convection oven at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes.
