Toast the breadcrumbs in a pan for a minute or two or until golden.

Add your bananas to a food processor or high speed blender and blend till a smooth consistency is reached. It should be similar to the texture of gelato.

Add cinnamon to the blended bananas and blend till it's well combined.

Next, fold in breadcrumbs and serve immediately or store in the freezer to enjoy later.
