In a bowl add in your whipped cream, then powdered milk and 1 cup of cold water, use hand or stand mixer to whisk this will take about 15 minutes

Then add vanilla flavour and condensed milk, keep whisking for about 5 minutes

Then transfer the ice cream in to a container cover with clean firm then cover with the lid and freeze for 6-8 hours

After 8 hours scoop your ice cream and sprinkles with sprinkles of your choice
