Take a bowl and add gram flour,gingerchilli paste, turmeric,jaggery oil and taramind paste to it.

Now add water along with salt and mix well until it turn into a smooth paste.

On the other hand wash the colocasia leaves and apply the besan mixture on one leaf over it.make sure that the mixture is evenly coated.continue this procedure with other leaves.

Now carefully roll the leaves and steam in a steamer for about 20min.when it cool down cut the leaves into pieces of

Deep fry this pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds to it.now add seasame seeds and wait for them to crackle.now add Patra and gently saute them for a minute.

Patra is ready to serve.
