  • As per tastesalt
  • As neededred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspgrated garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tspcumin powder
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate fish for 15-20 mins with all the ingredients mentioned.
    Heat oil in a pan
    Fry fishes until golden and crisp.
    Serve with steamed rice and mustard oil.
